We offer Free Delivery to the U.K. for all umbrellas. All orders to continental Europe incur a flat shipping fee of £12.95. Orders will be processed and dispatched from our U.K. warehouse. Orders received over the weekend, holidays or after 11 am (USA eastern standard time) on regular business days will ship the following business day. Delivery of item(s) can take anywhere from 2-3 business days after dispatch within the U.K. (or 3-5 business days for continental Europe and 5-8 business days outside the EU), depending on your location. Orders received over the weekend or holiday will ship the following business day. VAT for orders to U.K. and EU are shown during checkout and no additional duties and taxes will be due upon delivery.

All Davek umbrellas are covered under our Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. If, at any time, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the umbrella should fail to function properly, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except shipping & handling). We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, here's how returns work:

Returns Within 14 Days (EU & UK Customers)
Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to cancel. Send the unused item back to us within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund the full purchase price plus what you paid for standard shipping. (If you upgraded to a pricier shipping option, we'll refund what standard shipping would have cost.)

Returns After 14 Days (All Customers)
For all other returns, you can return the unused item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item itself. Please note: for these returns, shipping costs aren't refundable, and if your order shipped for free, we'll deduct £6.99 to cover our original shipping cost.

How to return your item:
Ship the unused item back to us, including all original packing supplies, hang tags, and loss protection card (if applicable). Please include a note with your name, address, email, and daytime phone number, along with your instructions, to:

No drop-offs, please — mail the product back to us. Ship via insured, traceable mail (UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers). Please note: You're responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.

You can expect your refund, in the same form of payment used for purchase, within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Always point umbrellas away from you when opening and closing, as some are spring loaded. As a precaution, allow at least 3 ft of space in front of you when opening.

All products purchased on our website are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Davek reserves the option to replace any item returned with a replacement model of comparable value.
If your model is out of stock or no longer carried, we will send you a replacement model of comparable value at our discretion.
